The interest of this conference is agricultural, environmental, bioenergetics, and sanitary. In that context, domestic, agricultural and industrial environments produce organic waste, which need to be collected, selected, stored and recycled properly in order to avoid environmental pollution and promote agriculture. The green Industry proposed involves the conversion of natural, non toxic organic wastes in order to efficiently produce organic fertilizers for agriculture. These types of fertilizers from biological origin are suitable because they are not toxic for humans and the environment.
Pollution of the environment is a problem because it affects the development of living beings. The health of humans, fish, animals and some plants could be affected if the causes of pollution are not identified and addressed. It is in this context that our work could be a contribution to solving the environmental problem, for example, recycling residual organic substances whose effects could be toxic to the environment and to humans. Organic residues should be managed effectively because they can alter the quality of surface and underground water. Indeed, the degradation of organic constituents such as glucose requires oxygen and consequently the oxygen content decreases. Such low oxygen content conditions harm the development of fish and other aquatic organisms.
